Well I know it has been a long time coming but this has been one of the most busy summers I think I have ever had. It started with Holly and Kelsie visiting in June. Then Ray and I flew back to AZ with them for Ray's reunion. Then we came back and Joe, Alethia and the kids came out for the 4th of July. As some of you know I am the Young Women's President in our ward and of course this year had to be the big Nauvoo trip. Which they young women were in charge of. So it took alot of my time, plus girls camp. I went and spent a few days with Crystal, Curtis and Vance for his birthday. Oh I forgot we also went to AZ for my reunion. Breann came and stayed a month with us. And then I flew to Oklahoma and drove back to Ky with Crystal and Vance and they stayed for a few days. So it has been a very busy summer and I am sorry it took me so long to get this done. Thing may appear out of order sorry I did the best I could, and I am sorry if I left anyone out.
Fun at Chucky Cheese in Ok.
BBQ in Metropolis it had to be one of the hottest days.

More fun in Mimi's tub.

Breann came to Kentucky for a whole month it was awsome having her here.
Oh yes we saw the wennier moblie in Paducah.

This is the Post Castle in Lexington Breann and I went up to visit Bridget and the kids. (Ben was out of town)

On the way home from Lexington we took a detour to see the birth place of Abraham Lincoln. It was very pretty there.
This is inside of the building you saw before and this is the cabin he was born in.

We had to have a picture by the town sqaure.

This is down in a water sink hole.

Our last day in Carthiage Jail.
I think they really did enjoy it, even though it might not look like it.

Breann came to Iowa to vist Crystal, Curtis & Vance an so they came to Nauvoo to be with me.

So great to have some of my kids with me.

This is my young womens councilors Left Rachael Coakley & Amy Erickson
This is Brother Hirschi a member of our Stake Presidency.

Just a great picture of the youth and the Temple.

What fun we had, they are all so crazy.

What a great looking bunch of girls.

This is just one of those picture perfect moments. They were taking a brake from throwing rocks into the lake.
This is at Massac Fort over in Metropolis IL. it was fun going thru the buildings.

I thought this was just such a sweet picture

We went out to the land between the lakes and had a really good time. A really nice Man offered to take our picture I was so happy.

Kelsie eating cheese puffs. What a sweet face.
Every Saturday night thru the summer we have a thing called downtown after dinner and they close down main street and people come and hangout and listen to bands play and people preform. This lady is there and she stands on a upside down pot perfectly still and acts like a statue. She is really good at it and people give her money, Kelsie liked her.

In one of the shops downtown I found a tutu an look at it very carefully and Holly and I made this for Kelsie she loved it.

Hi Mimi's tub is the best.

Kelsie & Mimi on a wagon ride while mommy was at the Nauvoo temple. Also on the ride with us was Aunt Crystal, Uncle Curtis, Vance & Mike and Janette.

Kelsie and Vance having some fun with the strollers.

Holly just got out of the Temple so we took a picture with Joesph & Hyrum.

CF Walk

As many of you know we have two daughters that have Cystic Fibrosis and every year for the last few years we have done a walk to help raise money for the research program. Ray and I try to go to it as much as we can. It has grown over the years and we have the good fortune of meeting lots of really great poeple. If you go to the link on this web site under Alethia & Joe you will see our Oklahoma kids at the CF walk in Oklahoma City. Because it is so hard for them to travel to Arizona they started this year to walk in Oklahoma we love that they support there sisters. After all Family is the only thing in life that is always there for each other. We hope and pray that all of you take the opportunity to spend time together as familys.
